The parcel doesn't close. The red "Gap" callout shows where the traverse ends relative to the point of beginning. Usually one course has a mistyped bearing or distance — try Guided Parse to step through the calls one at a time.
Some text was skipped. The parser ignores descriptive language and passing calls on purpose. Guided Parse lists every skipped passage so you can turn any of them into a course manually.
